Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital publications that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, our refund terms differ by product. Please read the applicable section before ordering.
Private Wealth Advisory
30-day trial. New subscribers pay $2.99 for a 30-day trial. During the trial you may cancel at any time by emailing support@phoenixcapitalresearch.com, and you will not be charged further. The $2.99 trial fee is non-refundable.
After the trial. If we do not receive a cancellation request during the 30-day trial, your subscription converts to a quarterly subscription at $249.99, billed automatically every three months. Once the first quarterly charge is processed, the trial period has ended and all sales are final. Quarterly renewal charges are non-refundable.
Cancelling renewal. You may stop future renewals at any time by emailing support@phoenixcapitalresearch.com. Your access continues through the end of the quarter you have already paid for, and no further charges will be made.
Insider Options
Insider Options is sold as a quarterly subscription at $499.99. Because trade recommendations are delivered in real time and cannot be returned once viewed, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@phoenixcapitalresearch.com, and your access will continue through the end of the current paid quarter.]
Physical Books
Where a physical book is included with a subscription, it is a bonus item and its shipping status does not affect the refund terms above. If a book arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled in writing, contact support@phoenixcapitalresearch.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
How to Cancel
Send an email to support@phoenixcapitalresearch.com from the address associated with your account, stating the product you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email within 2 business days. Cancellation requests are effective on the date we receive them.
